I started my business focusing on daily operations but didn’t keep proper financial records, so I couldn’t tell my profits at the end of the year. Realizing this, I learned bookkeeping and accounting, started maintaining all records, and improved how my business ran. This sparked my interest in accounting, so I began pursuing CA, and in the future, I plan to pursue ACCA to grow my skills further.

Managed daily business operations including financial management, inventory control, purchasing, and sales. Implemented tech-driven solutions such as printing, CNC laser engraving, and web services to increase efficiency. Gained hands-on experience in accounting, business strategy, and problem-solving.

Liquid Filling Machine - (2021-2023)

Designer & Developer

I designed and developed a liquid filling machine capable of accurately dispensing water, oils, chemicals, and food-grade liquids. The machine is built using quality components and a clean, modern design, ensuring precision, efficiency, and minimal wastage.

The project involved:

  • Technical Design: Planned the mechanical layout, pump system, and volume control mechanisms.

  • Automation & Control: Integrated precise measurement and control systems to fill liquids consistently.

  • Problem-Solving: Optimized flow rate, minimized spillage, and ensured compatibility with different liquid types.

  • Testing & Iteration: Conducted multiple tests to maintain consistent accuracy under various conditions.

This project taught me practical engineering, technical design, and process optimization skills, combining both CNC Machine Operations and theoretical knowledge. It reflects my ability to develop functional machinery, plan workflows, and implement solutions that are ready for real-world application.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, my father lost his job and started a small-scale mango juice bottle manufacturing business to support our family. While helping him in the business, I noticed that filling juice bottles manually was slow and often inaccurate. I wanted to help improve the process by making it faster and more precise, so I began researching how to build an automatic liquid filling machine.

From 2020 to 2022, I spent a lot of time researching, experimenting, and developing the machine. During the process, I faced several challenges. One major problem was that the liquid was not coming out accurately from the machine’s nozzle. After further research and studying similar machines used in China, I realized that something was missing in my design. My father, who previously worked in the oil and gas industry and has strong knowledge of pipes and hardware systems, suggested adding a non-return valve at the nozzle to control the liquid flow. After including this improvement, the machine started filling liquids accurately and consistently.

With this modification, the project was successfully completed in 2022. After building the working machine, I was able to sell three units to local manufacturers. One of the buyers was Durvesh, a company that fills and exports oil products to countries such as Dubai https://dur-int.com/ .
